“Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplications for the saints, and also for me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.”

    Ephesians 6:18 – 20.
The St. James Prayer Ministry meets every 3rd Thursday evening of each month at 7:00 pm in the Parlor.
All are welcome to join with us in prayer and spiritual inspiration.
“And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to Me.’”   ~ Matthew 25:40

Think about the Worship service you attend. If you look around at those seated in the CLMC or the Sanctuary – how many do you know? Now stretch and look at EVERYBODY. How many do you know only by their face? How many do you NOT know? What would it be like for you to lift an “unknown” worshipper up in prayer – right then – just a general prayer of well-being, and THEN, during the “Greet Your Neighbor” time, actually GO over and greet them? Yes – you may have to move. The above scripture reference comes from a longer section that includes “I was a stranger and you took Me in.” (Matthew 25:35) Who have YOU taken in today? Next Sunday. look around, lift up someone you do not know and then GO and DO – take him/her in. Let your prayer be alive and active.
