Upward Basketball at St. James UMC

upward-basketball-web-bannerYes!  Upward Basketball is returning to St James this fall.

Every child is a winner! This is the slogan of Upward Basketball & Cheerleading and yet Upward is about a lot more than dribbling, bounce passes and cheers. It is one of the most intentional tools for helping us make disciples of Jesus Christ!

Registration for the 2018 Upward Basketball season is now underway for boys and girls age Kindergarten/5 through 6th grade. The early registration cost per child for basketball or cheerleading is $75 through October 13, 2017. Registration is then $85 until October 22, 2017. Upward-Sports
Upward Basketball provides a safe place for these young people to learn skills and sportsmanship, and it provides us an opportunity to serve our neighbors and reach out to our community in faith and love.  It is Bible Study and Basketball!  What could be more fun?!
