Admission age and policy for group placement:

Our ministry is open to children in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. We also have a middle school group.   Children will be placed in classes based on their current grade in school.
 
 
 
Transportation:
We offer a pick-up service for children attending Eastern, Elmhurst,
St. Peter’s, South Greenville, Wahl-Coates, Wintergreen,CM Eppes, Aycock & Hope Schools. 
Additional schools can only be added at the discretion of the Afterschool Director. 
Child restraint seats will be provided for our vans. Our bus has lap belts only.
Booster seats are not safe with these belts.
 
We accept children from other schools as long as their transportation is provided
and at the discretion of our Afterschool Director.
St. James After School Ministry is a private program and is not licensed with the state. 
However, we try to maintain the standards of other licensed programs.
Our staff-child ratio is 1/15.

Fees 2016/2017 School Year:

Registration Fee (a one-time fee, due upon registration): – $40.00

Annual Supply Fee (a one-time fee, due by the end of Sept.):- $50.00

August Tuition (due at registration):-

for 1 child = $25.00

for 2 children = $45.00
for 3 children = $65.00
 

Monthly Tuition: –

for 1 child = $165.00
for 2 children = $300.00
for 3 children = $430.00
 
Teacher Workdays: are an additional $20 ( first child) & $15 for each additional child.
Early Release Days: are $10 per child.
You will be billed for TWD & ERD’s in the following month’s invoice.
 

Hours & Days of Operation:

Our Program opens on the first day of school and ends on the last day of school.  We follow the Pitt County Public School Calendar  We are open from 2:30pm – 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
**Teacher Workday hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm.

 

Children should not arrive any earlier than 2:30pm.  Departure time is 6:00pm . Parent’s who arrive for their child after 6:00pm should refer to our Late Pick-Up Policy.
 
Late Pick-Up Policy 
After 6:00pm  $10
6:06/6:15pm   $25
6:15pm $10 for each 5 minute period

 

 
 

St. James Afterschool Fall 2017/2018 Registration Information

 

Enrollment information for the 2017/18 School Year will open on February 6th for our currently enrolled students & their siblings.  On February 13th enrollment will open to the public.  Applications may be picked up in the Afterschool Office or are also available below.
