Meals and classes/small groups of TGIW (Thank God It's Wednesday) begin on Wednesday, September 11.

All meals except two will be prepared by the new Culinary Team ministry lead by Pastor Becky. The exceptions are on September 25, when the Seekers Sunday School class will serve soup, salad, and baked potatoes, and on October 23, when Greg MacDaid will cook a pork tenderloin, roast chickens, bake a mess of collards with apples, boil some potatoes, and bake a batch of cornbread.

Classes for Adults

• "The Chosen: Part III," Becky Stephenson (Rm. 23)
• Parables of Jesus, 'Lizabeth Collins (Conference Room)
• The Practice of Contemplative Prayer, Nicole Franklin (Parlor)
• Race and Restorative Justice, Pastor Joyce Day (in her office)
• Uncovering Our Truest Selves, Pastor Tom Greener (Rm. 22)

Class for Children

• Kids Club (Junior Jesus Notes) — play, music, arts and crafts, and Bible study. Kristine and Kuda will host lessons, games, and activities for our children. 

Group for Youth

• Gaming for God — Youth learn to be disciples together then play games together. Youth will be welcome to participate in a devotion followed by playing games. Options are open gym (basketball and other sports) or board games. 

Combined Choir

• One Voice — the new older children and youth choir conducted by Dr. James Franklin will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Choir Room.
