During the Young Disciples time Kristine Nelson passed around a bag for the children to guess what was inside. This was a introduction to Pastor Tom Greener’s sermon of, Who do you say I am?” Remind us again who God is. Too often we are quick to assume and we need to trust in God’s ways. As Christians we must put Christ into action.
Last week we introduced the “Prayer Candles” during the One Church service. This is another way for us to share concerns or praises to God. Feel free to go up during church in either the Sanctuary or the CLMC and light a small candle from the large one. This may be a prayer for somebody or something or to light a candle to thank God for a blessing you have received. If you would like to kneel you may but you don’t have to. God will hear you.
