New Welcome Centers Opening on September 8
We have set up two new places to engage and assist visitors as they enter our worship spaces. These Welcome Centers will be ready beginning Sunday, September 8, the day of the ONE Church event here at St. James UMC.
If you are wanting an opportunity to serve in the church, we are looking for people to greet visitors and make them feel welcome when they come to St. James for Worship. We need volunteers to be at the welcome centers in the lobby of the Sanctuary (Narthex) and the lower lobby of the CLMC, both before and after the Worship Services to assist visitors.
These volunteers can include families, a group of friends, or individuals. This is a great way to build relationships with those who are attending for the first time.
