Save the Date: June 21 Picnic for this “New” Group for Seniors

XYZ, the very popular St. James UMC group for seniors, will have new life beginning June 21. The new group leaders, Kristin and Dave Ellison, have organized a kickoff on that date from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Alice Keene Park.

There will be a catered picnic with multiple yard games, music, contests, and prizes at the park, which is next to the Council on Aging Senior Center, 4561 County Home Road, outside of Greenville.

XYZ, which stands for “eXtra Years of Zest,” is for anyone aged 55 and up.

The Ellisons have lots of great ideas for future activities. Come to the picnic on June 21 to learn what is in store for XYZ.
