Next XYZ Event is August 6

The new SJUMC fellowship group for folks aged 55 and up will hold its second event on Tuesday, August 6.

XYZ is sponsoring a P-PP! The (indoor!) event, Putt-Putt Potluck, will be at Captain Jack’s Miniature Golf, 2903 E. 10th Street, from noon to 2 p.m.

The $10 per-person cost will include access to the party room, free popcorn, and two hours of Putt-Putt. Beverages are available for purchase. Also, please contribute to the potluck lunch.

Potluck Lunch Suggestions:

Salads of any kind: taco, potato salad, broccoli salad, chicken salad, jello salad, green salad. Other lunch ideas are sandwiches or finger food. Call or text Kristin at 757-580-8423 to let her know the item you will be sharing at the potluck.

Dessert will be provided.

Please reserve your spot by August 1 by writing a check to St. James UMC for $10 per person. Please add “XYZ” to the memo line at the bottom of the check.
