Stephen serves to coordinate the usage and maintenance of the church facilities.  This includes but is not limited to, coordinating and supervising the custodial staff, managing maintenance and repairs, overseeing the budget to maintain the facilities, and managing the church calendar for facility usage and reservations.

Stephen is a US Army Veteran, ECU Alum, and Retired Parks Facility Manager from the City of Greenville.  He is a native of Washington NC and now lives in Farmville with his wife Rachel and their children.  Stephen has been a member of St James United Methodist Church since 1991.  He enjoys playing golf and fishing.
